The Bitronic Group with HQ in Frankfurt am Main is a leading Service Provider in the Consumer- and Business Electronic environment! We publish this position for a special customer project in the rhein-main area. This is an initial 24 month contract which could potentially become permanent. As level 3 support Engineer you will receive and action calls and e-tickets from B2B Printer customers as well as internal customers.
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Responsibility for any product-launch, by using the product launch-plan
- Spare-part preparation and forecasting to supply our spare part partner
- Level-3 support for our DSC and B2B-customers
- Interface and escalation-point to HQ research-team (Using PS-System )
- Responsible for the printing-lab incl. necessary equipment
- On-Site customer-support in emergency-cases (Level-3 assistance)
- Prepare and verify rework-activities (ASC/DSC and customers)
- Setup the repair policy
- Service machine pool-management (ASC and intern)
- Support the „Status-report-Meetings“ in the field
- Call center training and coaching
- Manage the Engineer-assessment
- Post sales support for technical issues (Marketing and Sales)
- Technical field-tests
- Analyze technical-problems by using the ACCESS-Database
- Weekly conference-calls with HQ to match technical issues
- KPI controlling and clearing with the service-partners (ASC)
- Timely and proactive escalation of incidents, service requests, training requests
• Additional Hardware/Software Support
- Setup and facility-planning for solution-support
- Support any Software and Solution issue
- Technical trainings for Software and Solutions (Value added services)
• Willingness for Business trips as a must
Required Qualifications:
- Büroinformationselektroniker
- Kommunikationselektroniker
- Systeminformatiker
- staatlich geprüfter Techniker/Meister/ggf. Ingenieur
- or equivalent education
- fluent English and German
